Receptionist
- Assist all office employees and visitors to help them move around the country as and when needed
- Driving staff and company visitors to appointments during the working day and after hours as necessary.
- Handle public authority’s issues on behalf of Aramex or its employees whenever necessary.
- Collaborate with the administration team to ensure all office matters are handled properly and on time
- Communicate with the administrative team to ensure all issues related to the visitors are addressed on time
- Drop and pick mail or shipment as and when needed within the country
- Collecting the mail from post office
- Attend to embassies to follow up VISA requests related to Employees’ travel issues where applicable
- Monitor company head office/regional office vehicles and report any defects.
- Handles basic official banking matters when requested where applicable
- Handling Insurance with HR team
- Handling Letters with HR team
