IT Engineers
- Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
2. One year of previous work experience as a technical support engineer or desktop support engineer.
3. In-depth knowledge of hardware and networking systems.
4. Knowledge of operating systems, web services, and API.
5. Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Quick learner and works under pressure.
8. Good knowledge using Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint]
9. Owns a well-known certificate [CCNA, MCSA, Security+, Network+ ...etc]
English proficiency.
- Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
3. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
4. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
5. Prepare accurate and timely reports.
