- Time and Attendance Manager
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Professional Certificate in Human Resources from an international accreditation body is preferred
- 10 years of experience in HR functions with minimum 5 years in managing Time and Attendance
- Experience in a high-volume, customer-service-oriented environment
- Experience of delivering results through cross-functional working
- Knowledge of the Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security Law
- Knowledge of principles of management
- Advanced HR functions knowledge
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate problems into operational and sustainable solutions.
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent command in English language
- Ability to develops team members
- Ability to set and manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage and implement projects
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports
- HR Specialist - Time and Attendance
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, HR, or any related field
- 1 – 3+ years of experience in the HR field, preferably Time and Attendance experience
- Knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security
- Knowledge and familiarity with HR best practices
- Experience in working with an HR Information System
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good command in the English language
- Ability to maintain confidentiality due to the handling of sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
