We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary.
• Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer queries.
• Work on projects to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Conduct phone surveys with customers and collect data that assess on decision making.
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed customer service metrics while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration or in any related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good command of English Language (writing & speaking)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
