Business Development officer 

● Required qualification: BSc degree with Business Development experience. 

● Years of experience : +3 years 

● Females only.

● Living in Amman

Job Purpose: 

Business Development officer is responsible for administrative and clerical duties and assists with both daily tasks and long-term projects. She schedules appointments, maintains records and files reports. 

Business Development officer is supposed to take a major role in marketing and sales in order to establish new, follow up and develop existing business opportunities. 

In this position, the Business Development officer will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks

● Required skills :

- Organized with good attention to detail

- A self-starter who can spot new opportunities

- Creative sales approach

- Event management. 

- Communication, influencing, negotiating and assertiveness skills

● Professional Skills required: 

- Strong English skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation

- Ability to write concept papers, technical proposals, marketing materials, presentations, and relevant materials 

- Ability to think both strategically and operationally

- Ability to manage and meet deadlines and budgets

- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions

- Dedication to the highest levels of quality and ethical conduct

- Highly proficient with computers, Internet, CRMs, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Microsoft Outlook

- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation

- A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities

- Ability to listen to and understand client circumstances and context, and respond with appropriate solutions

- Ability to think with an entrepreneurial mind, providing innovative insights to continue to develop plans and goals.
