Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Master's degree preferable.
Extensive practical experience in electrical fields.
Additional license or certification may be required (Certified Energy Management Professional “CEMP”, Professional Engineer “PE”, Project Management Professional “PMP”).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Practical experience with electrical system S/Ws (SMART relays, DlGSl 5&4, Digital Substation, PLC, SCADA, DCS, Profibus/Mode bus)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.
10-15 years of experience working in the projects and engineering field.
Age less than 40 years.
