IT Technical Support
Duties and Responsibilities
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Research, diagnose, Resolve problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
• Documentation of the hardware and software maintenance and updates.
Qualifications/Skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Software maintenance and testing capability.
• In depth knowledge of:
• Windows Server 2016 and 2019. (Active Directory, failover cluster, .etc.)
• Microsoft Office 365.
• Backup Solution.
• Firewall and Antivirus.
• Previous working experience in IT support for (2-5) years.
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or information systems, or related field
