Al Moasron Group are currently seeking a “IT technical support Specialist”.
Job description:
1. Support end Users.
2. Checking the status of all systems and hardware.
3. Replacing malfunctioning or damaged hardware.
4. Installing and configuring new systems and hardware.
5. Responding to help requests from staff members or clients.
6. Running reports on systems and hardware status.
7. Troubleshooting software.
8. Testing, assessing, and learning about updates and new.
9. using help desk software and remote support tools.
10. working in the field and among the group’s factories.
Qualification and Job Specification:
1. Bachelor's degree (IT – MIS).
2. Multi-tasking abilities.
3. Strong understanding of general business principles.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Knowledge and Practical Experience in Technical Support, MCSA, A+, Network +.
6. Ability to Work weekends to maintenance and after-hours response.
7. Proven experience, between 1 to 3 years.
