1. Job Title: Compliance ISO Specialist
2. Location – city, country: Amman, Jordan
3. Job Summary: The Compliance ISO Specialist role involves ensuring that ITG adheres to established ISO standards and regulations. Responsibilities typically include conducting audits, implementing compliance procedures, and maintaining documentation to meet ISO requirements.
4. Responsibilities:
o Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement.
o Develop and maintain ISO-compliant documentation and custom templates.
o Train employees on ISO requirements and support external audits.
o Monitor compliance performance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Required Skills
o Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/27001 standards.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Qualifications and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
o 2-4 years of experience in quality management and ISO compliance.
o Certification as an ISO 9001/27001 Lead Auditor is highly desirable.
