Job Title: IT Support Engineer
A leading manufacturing company, located in Jordan – Amman, is looking for IT Support Engineer, as following:
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, peripherals, and networks to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Provide end-user support for IT-related issues (hardware, software, and network).
• Perform first-level hardware repairs for PCs and laptops.
• Maintain network-related equipment (routers, switches, access points, firewalls, etc.) and manage network protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP, and SSL).
• Maintain Windows servers and core services.
• Visit remote company sites for regular maintenance and as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an IT support role or similar position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize competing tasks.
• IT certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are a plus.
• Experience with CCTV systems is a plus.
• Availability of a car is a plus
